We built a fully automated backend system for National Car Keys that completely transformed how they handle day to day operations. The system pulls customer form submissions as soon as they come in, cleans and sorts the data in a shared spreadsheet, and generates ready to send email drafts using AI, saving hours of admin each week. Once a client confirms a booking, the job is scheduled automatically, synced to Google Calendar, and a WhatsApp confirmation is sent to the customer. The entire process runs in the background without anyone needing to step in.

Alongside the automation, we have worked on every part of their website. It is a large platform with hundreds of pages, covering services, locations, and blog content. We designed the structure to perform well in local search, made it easy to manage at scale, and added practical tools to keep content updates smooth and consistent for the team. Within just three months, we increased their traffic tenfold. Everything we built was aimed at making the site faster, clearer, and more useful as the business continues to grow.
